PUT ENSup ENGLISH CLUB AT THE TOP OF OUR TO-DO-LISTS
The name ENSup English Club was coined around 1965 By Dr. Moussa Sissoko and
his School peers of the same Cohort during their school years at Ensup with the
assistance of their American teachers. The aim was to reinforce the friendly
relationship, and to improve in speaking skills of their used and learning language
through Communication. That grouping known as the Club lived through many
decades till illustrating new visions and missions under the era of the outstanding
Chairperson Mr. Seydou Diallo, nicknamed “Palmer”.
That’s the way the new EEC was born in 2012 with the initiative to offer an adequate
learning environment of English language to everyone in interest. The club adopted
then an official logo and motto, and put an executive bureau in place to oversee in
depth the management of the club.
The Transfer of Power
Unlike the other English clubs, the leading bureau of EEC is transmitted from
generation to generation among Students of the prestigious and legendary School of
ENSUP. Each cohort or generation organizes a transparent election before handing
the power to the coming one, with advices and instructions about taking care well of
the club.
The Mission
With the help of different partners, ENSup English Club is devoted to train, teach,
and create a professional and collaborative relationship between English language
speakers in our country. Thus, EEC contributes much in the promotion of English
language and assists the government in their task of educating the last of Malians.
The Weekly Session
ENSup English Club opens its doors in Saturdays from 9 – 12PM at ENSup-Bamako,
known as the weekly session. For the learning and practice of the language, EEC
doesn’t ask for your level, all that you are asked is your good will. Yes there is a
group for Beginners and intermediates, and another one for advanced learners, each
one providing an excellent program of learning activities in coherence with the
level.

The Membership
The membership in ENSup English club is as easier as learning English in the club.
Any person willing to improve his/her level in all of the four skills of English
language is enthusiastically welcome to EEC after possessing a membership card for
one thousand (1000 XOF). There is a monthly fee to pay for five hundred (500 XOF)
which will finance the training materials. However, the fees are not as important as
the activeness at the session in EEC. Reason why the members are called “EEC
