Tariba Traoré commonly call first lady of the council, is a devoted civic servant very committed professionally as commercial assistant at Diamond Cement Mali SA. Engaged in many associations which promote English language and gender. She promotes African’s culture. She started her associative life in 2015 at Malian’s student associations in Ghana where she was the secretary of communication.Back to the International network of English Speaker (INES MALI).
in 2016 She became the general secretary of INES from 2017 to 2018. In 2018 she has been elected as the chairperson of INES MALI and the secretary of administrative affairs of MECC 2018-2019.

Souleymane Bagayoko
Secretary General
Courageous and dynamic young leader, Mr Bagayoko is an assistant in computer science at ” École de Langue Canado-Americaine ” of Mali. He started with the English club activities in 2016 at INES-Mali (International Network of English Speakers) where he was an active member. Then in 2017 he went to FLSL English club to continue improving his English level, and in 2018 he joined some other young leaders at Niamana in order to create an English club at Niamana called Niamana English Club (N.E.C). Mr Bagayoko is the current President of N.E.C. For him there is nothing better than learning and sharing with others.

Oury Diagne
Vice Secretary General
Diagne Oury coming from kayes the vice president of FLSL English club, secretary of organization of MECC. Members of different organizations like JCI, AERKCS and so on. I have my license in human resources management and in my final year of studies English, also an aluminum. I’m interested in resolving community issues especially victims of domestic violence and young education. With the ambition to become members of the government one day so that to claims women’s rights and also create my own firm which will help my community and reducing unemployment

Bacaina Nientao

Grew up in an area where the culture is seen as respectful and highly important, I’m originated from Djenne.
Passionate about the education with a stress on English, I am a student at the University of Kabala where I am majoring in English. Then I joined English Practice Club ( EPC Mali) in September 2018.
In January 2020, I became the chairperson of the club. As millions of persons, I do believe in Leadership.

Former Secretary General of English Learning Club and also one of its funding members, Mahamadou is a passionate teacher of the English language in basic schools in Bamako.

Oumar Aya
Chairperson
A dynamic young leader, Mr. Aya is the CEO of Languages Learning Center-Mali (LLC-Mali) where he is also serving in quality of English language facilitator, translator and interpreter. He joined English Clubs in 2014 (FLSL English Club). Mr. Aya held different positions at FLSL English Club (Chairperson 2016-2017 and he is one of its mentors currently).
He has been Secretary of Information of the council, Secretary General for two years and from October 2019 to date he is the Chairperson of Mali English Clubs’Council. Mr Aya is a devoted young leader for whom there is nothing better than serving others and helping them achieve their goals.

Mahamadou Traoré

Giving much importance on the motto ” Never take anything for granted”. Previously he chaired English Practice Club ( EPC) for two years. During his term, he helped the club reach another level. Since May 2018, Mahamadou has been working at Islamic Relief Mali 🇲🇱 as an Orphan and Child Welfare Officer. Through his work, more than three thousand vulnerable children have been given access to basic rights, essential services and opportunities including Education, health care and recreational activities. Being a social change agent means everything for him.

Yaya Bengaly

Teacher of English in Primary , fundamental and high shools. Yaya Valy Bengaly is an outstanding Leader who started his English Clubs journey in 2010 in English club of Lycee Koné Danzié of Koutiala as the secretary of information. He joined INES-Mali (International Network of English Speakers) in 2016 where he spent almost a year. Knowing the importance of the English language, he created Mali English Club Easy Learning (MECEL) on December 2018 in his community for all the learners and passionates of the language

Nakani Bagayoko

Very cheerful, understanding and loyal, Nakani embodies these qualities that endear her to the hearts of many. Her spirit of togetherness, proactiveness led her to join the active, dynamic community of English Clubs in 2017. She became the General Secretary of ECN (Nioro English Club) in 2018 and she led ENSUP English Club( EEC) as Vice Chairperson the following year. The experiences she acquired along this journey at English Clubs made her thrive her way to be a leading figure of MECC( Mali English Clubs’Council ).

Djan Manasse
Secretary of Foreign and Social Affairs
Mr. Manasse k. Djan is an interpreter/ translator/ Entrepreneur/ Speaker and language instructor. Well known as children’s dad and youths’ Friend he spends his time helping everyone desiring to develop his skills in English or French. He has been serving in the language arena for almost a decade and he worked in Ghana and in Mali where he is currently. Prior to his election to the office of Secretariat of Social and Foreign Affairs of the Mali English Clubs’ Council, Mr Manasse was and is still serving as the Vice President of International Network of English Speakers (Ines-Mali). His philosophy is “Treat everyone the way you want to be treated”.

Bazoumana Soumaoro

A very courageous young leader, determined and good worker. Mr Soumaoro has been the President of Mali Celps English Club (MCEC ) 2018-2019 then changed the name to Platform Of English Speakers (PES) 2019-2020 in two years. He also has a learning center called Golden Center Of Learning (GCL). His hobbies are football and reading.

Cheick Sidi Modibo Kanté

Secretary General of ENSUP English club, Founder and ambassador of LPRIMO English club Kati, Mr Kanté is a teacher of English, a translator and an interpreter.
In addition to that, he is the CEO of INNOVATIVE LANGUAGE LEARNING CENTER Kati ( ILLC KATI).
He likes reading and watching football.

Siraman Traoré
Secretary of Information and Communication
Teacher of English at Primary,fundamental and High Schools. Siraman is civic leader who is very fan of English language. Being an English Language Lover led him to go to IFM studies. There he created “English Learning Club” with his classmates where he became the President in 2018 to help his colleagues improve their skills. To him,the only thing that is important is to see other people happy thanks to him. Willing to always enhence his English skills,Siraman joined Live Your Dream Mali Community where he has been a linguistic assistant for six months.
