For all the assemblies, the notice of meeting must be sent forty-five (45) days in advance and indicate the agenda; and the agenda is fixed by the bureau.

The general assembly listens to the reports on the management of the bureau. It approves the reports of the closed activities, votes the budget of the following ones. It deliberates on the agenda and decides about the renewal of the bureau.

All the proceedings of the general assembly are taken by the voice of the majority.

The proceedings of the assembly are deposited by the Secretary of Administration on a record signed by him/her and the Chairperson.

The bureau of the Council meets at least once a month. The Chairperson can call for an extraordinary meeting with the agreement of third of the members of the Bureau. The meeting information and the agenda are shared with members at least five (5) days in advance.
